Sports

At Holy Family, we recognise that quality sport and physical activity at school has a positive influence on students' confidence, competence, health and motivation to be active at school and throughout their life.

Students in Years 3-6 can represent the school in the following school sporting teams; netball, rugby league, rugby union, football and AFL.

Students in Years 5 & 6 have the opportunity to progress through the following representative levels.

School Level  → Richmond Zone → Lismore Diocesan → Polding → NSW PSSA → School Sport Australia.

Winter Sports Representative Trials

These trials for boys & girls in hockey, football, U/11s rugby league, U/12s rugby league, rugby union, AFL & netball begin in Term 1 at the school level and progress all the way through to a national level. 

Summer Sports Representative Trials

These trials for boys & girls in basketball, touch football, cricket, tennis & softball begin in Term 4 at the school level and progress all the way through to a national level.
