It is a great statement of trust in Catholic education that you have chosen our parish schools to provide the best Catholic education for your child.  As Director of Catholic Schools I am privileged to visit our parish schools and I can assure you that that the quality of education and Christian character development provided is worthy of your trust. 

Holy Family School has been notified by the Catholic Schools Office that the Staff Development day set down for Thursday, 30th May has now been changed to Friday, 31st May, 2013. Please mark this date on your calendars.

As you are aware the NSW Government is about to announce an unprecedented cut to the recurrent grants for Catholic systemic schools of $24.5 million per year. Catholic schools may be forced to raise their fees between $100 and $500 per student per year, on top of any necessary increases for inflation. This may force some families out of Catholic schools .....

New rules have been introduced by the government to help ensure students are attending school and not missing out on too many days of learning.

If your child is going to be away for school for reasons other than sickness, you are required to apply for an attendance exemption. Download and complete the Attendance Exemption Application Form from our school website to apply for an exemption. Applications for exemption must be completed and returned to school, or scanned and emailed to Murray Deeps before the leave is taken.

Holy Family School has this year undergone major changes and upgrades with regard to it's computer network and website pages.  Part of the website changes is the introduction of our new Moodle Intranet page.  As a result of these changes our "Latest News" and "What's On" pages will now be incorporated into this new Intranet page.
